Een internationale onderneming in Eindhoven zoekt een Klantenondersteuner voor hun CSG – Travel Platform. Je biedt ondersteuning via telefoon, chat en e-mail, beheert boekingsproblemen en garandeert een hoge servicekwaliteit. Je werkt in shifts van 40 uur per week met een focus op klanttevredenheid. Daarnaast biedt de rol een privé ziektekosten- en levensverzekering, maaltijdvouchers en faciliteiten voor relocatie.
