Een toonaangevend horlogemerk in Eindhoven zoekt een customer care medewerker. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice aan zowel B2B- als B2C-klanten. Jij beantwoordt alle aftersales vragen via verschillende kanalen, waaronder mail en telefoon, en werkt nauw samen met de Brandmanager en Accountmanager. Je onderhoudt ook contact met het hoofdkantoor in Zwitserland en servicecentra in België en Frankrijk.

De functie biedt de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de klanttevredenheid.
