The project consists of a large basement, RC frame, stone cladding and an opulent internal fit out, project value £20m.

• Project Leadership:
  Oversee the end‑to‑end management of the prime residential project, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Construction Planning:
  Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Cost Management:
  Effectively manage project budgets, monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.
