Royal Holloway, University of London is inviting applications for the Post Room Operative position (reference 1225‑315).
Job Details- Salary: £25,358 per annum pro‑rata – including London Allowance (higher pay may be possible for exceptional candidates).

• Handle service requests from students, visitors and staff through the University’s computerised systems; respond to enquiries and provide customer-focused support.
• Sort, process, and issue deliveries via a digital postal platform; carry out a range of administrative duties requiring strong ಮಾಣಟರ كن.
• Perform regular manual handling duties—lifting, moving, and organising parcels of varying sizes and weights safely and efficiently.
• Develop a good working knowledge of the campus to assist and direct couriers with their deliveries.
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑focused role (e.g., Postroom or reception).
• A commitment to delivering inspirational customer service, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
