Store Support, Customer Service Rep

• Assist with a variety of non-sales functions to support the customer order fulfillment experience, assist customers in the lot, and provide administrative services as needed.
• Interact with customers or vendors as required; direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Help with cash handling and program compliance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, and perform with little to some supervision.
• Be detail-oriented and demonstrate time management skills.
• Maintain integrity at all times and respond to operational concerns to support store objectives and key operational responsibilities.
• Potential roles include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
