The Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is our ambassador to the industry, showcasing our expertise in color, talent development, technical skills, social media, business, and sales.

The role involves daily sales responsibilities, customer retention, relationship building, product sales, and providing color & curl/texture consultations to salons, barbers, spas, schools, and licensed cosmetologists. It requires ongoing education through online courses and certification.

• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and advice.
• Communicate with team members about sales activities and customer interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store signage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Adhere to company culture, values, and ethics.

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Cosmetologist license preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for events.
• Strong sales, communication, and social media skills.
• Ability to pass a Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.

Standard safety precautions in retail environments, including safe use of equipment and adherence to fire and traffic regulations.
