The Distribution Associate/Courier ensures the efficient and timely receipt and delivery of all items, including equipment, packages, and materials. The position ensures the accuracy of all shipments, provides clerical services regarding deliveries, resolves invoice errors, and complies with all established standards and procedures. This role supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

• Ensure efficient receipt and delivery of all items, equipment, and packages.
• Maintain shipment accuracy and provide clerical support for deliveries.
• Resolve invoice errors and adhere to established standards and procedures.
• Provide quality customer service and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation within the organization.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• License/Certification: Valid New Jersey Driver's License required.
• Experience: 2 years as a storeroom clerk and/or receiving clerk preferred; good command of English required.
• Ability to drive and operate non‑articulated vehicles up to a 21 ft. delivery van with automatic or manual transmission, and operate manual or powered material‑handling equipment.
