Position Summary: Registered Nurse on an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians to deliver culturally competent continuum of care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Responsible for the nursing care process—assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation—and for coordinating the interdisciplinary plan of care with the medical treatment plan. May perform limited laboratory services and maintain competency in all required tasks.

Supports performance‑improvement initiatives, leads patient‑care teams, and engages in continuing professional development.

• 2+ years medical/surgical or emergency room experience preferred.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• ATCN or TNCC required within 24 months of hire.
• CCRN preferred.

• BSN preferred; RN license in New Jersey or multi‑state license required.
• Nursing graduate from accredited program; RN without BSN must enroll in BSN program within 1 year.
• BLS required.
• Valid NJ driver’s license required for adult and child partial programs.

• Proficiency in clinical applications preferred; expected within 30–60 days of hire.
• Specialty experience: behavioral health, labor & delivery, neonatal ICU, cardiovascular ICU, telemetry, wound care, structural heart, and critical care.

• PALS, BERN, ENPC, and other specialty certifications required within specified time frames.
• Continual education in trauma assessment, stroke intervention, and NIHSS required at least 8 contact hours annually.

• Emergency Room – 2 years medical/surgical and/or ER experience preferred; ACLS required within 6 months; ATCN/TNCC within 24 months.
• Trauma Bay – 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; ACLS, PALS, ATCN required at hire.
• ICU/CTICU – 2 years medical/surgical experience preferred; ACLS required within 6 months; CCRN preferred.
• Cardiovascular ICU – 2 years critical care experience preferred; ACLS within 6 months; CCRN preferred.
• Telemetry & Medical/Surgical – 2 years telemetry experience preferred; ACLS within 6 months.
