FDP Support Systems Engineer (UK NATS / FDP-R)

The primary role of the Systems Engineer will be to provide the following support, on an as requested basis:

• Support NATS articulation of requirements
• Perform detailed analysis on National Air Traffic Services (NATS) interfaces and functions to determine differences between En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) and existing NATS capabilities
• Perform early System Issue Group (SIG) engineering activities to aid in scope sizing of desired system changes
• Define and manage requirements baseline for updates to support NATS capabilities
• Ensure adherence to Systems Engineering processes
• Escalate issues to Engineering Management

Full Time (30-40 hrs per week) & Part Time (20-29 hrs per week)

At a minimum, the Systems Engineering Subcontractor personnel shall have the following skill/experience level:

• Approximately 10-20 years of Systems Engineering experience
• Direct experience with existing UK NATS system capabilities and/or FDP Subsystem capabilities

Bachelor of Science Degree in computer science, scientific, or appropriate engineering discipline

Salary Range: $170K-$200K
