Physician - Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology; ENT

Overview

Atlanti Care Regional Medical Center seeks a Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) as part of Vision 2030. Join a rapidly expanding group and collaborate with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic to improve patient outcomes, drive research and education, and foster multidisciplinary cancer care.

• Lead the ENT division, guiding clinical programs, research, and education in alignment with Vision 2030.
• Provide BE/BC Otolaryngology care; participate in minimally invasive surgery; ensure strong surgical volume and OR time from day one.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospital leadership; contribute to program development and patient quality of life improvements.
• Supervise and work with a current team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers; leverage existing platform resources.

• Board-certified/board-eligible Otolaryngology (ENT) physicians; leadership role for Division Director.
• Experience in minimally invasive surgery and multidisciplinary cancer care is preferred.
