Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology

Join a leading health system in southeastern New Jersey as the Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology. The facility is dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care. Collaborating with prestigious partners such as Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic, this role is key in driving the vision for 2030.



Job Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care.
• Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced robotic platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with educational institutions.
• Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities.
• Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development.
• Participate in a shared call schedule supported by advanced practice providers and hospitalist teams.

Qualifications

• Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology at the time of application.
• Prior clinical experience beyond training is required.
• Not open to new graduates or Advanced Practice Providers.
• Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.

License And Certification Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NJ medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board Certified in ENT, BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS certifications required.
• Malpractice history disclosure is necessary prior to client presentation.
