A reputable skilled nursing facility is searching for a full time and permanent experienced Director of Nursing to join their team. This facility has a very supportive Administrator who is a great leader with an amazing team in place.
Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing, RN:- Monitoring nursing staff including hiring, training and disciplinary action while maintaining patient care
- Ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
- Highly competitive salary based on years of experience, licensure and qualifications/certifications
