This is a full-time, hourly position.

SIGN ON BONUS - $2,500.00

REFERRAL BONUS - $1,000.00

The Class A tanker truck driver position requires a Class A CDL with no restrictions and a Tanker endorsement to start with Haz Mat endorsement required within 60 days of hire. The driver must be able to plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic & construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances. The driver will sit for several hours at a time while operating their equipment.

Equipment can include but is not limited to semi truck, tank trailers, dry van, pneumatic, intermodal, and flat beds. Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading product according to company and customer instructions. Weekends, nights, and holidays will be required to make timely deliveries to our customers. Weekly mileages can and do fluctuate.

The individual is required to follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and DOL.

ADM Trucking, Inc is primarily a food grade transportation company.

Must be able to obtain Hazardous Materials endorsement within 60 days.

• 21 years of age
• 12 months of verifiable OTR or Local experience within the previous 7 years
• Class A CDL with Tank Endorsement (obtain haz mat within 60 days)
• No more than 1 chargeable accident within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
• No more than 1 moving violation in the last three years
• Any candidate not meeting these requirements is subject to management approval.
• Candidates must successfully complete a DOT pre‑employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check and functionality testing.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at‑will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:
