OTR TEAM & SOLO COMPANY DRIVERS – DRY VAN (IL)
Steady USPS mail freight with consistent weekly miles. Newer 2022+ Freightliner and Volvo trucks.
No escrow.
- SOLO: $1800 flat rate for up to 3000 miles (+60cpm for every additional mile)
- TEAM: $1800 flat rate for up to 5500 miles (+70cpm for every additional mile)
Average miles: 3000–3200 SOLO / 5000–6000 TEAM
1099 position. Pay period Monday–Sunday, paid every Friday.
Lanes mostly Midwest, South, and Southeast
. Trucks governed at 70 mph and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter. ELD compliant.
- 2 years CDL-A experience
- 4 weeks out, full 7 days home
Orientation 1–2 days. Bonuses for clean inspections.
