What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by:

• Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Working both independently and as part of a team alongside maintenance and production staff
• Ensuring safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures are strictly followed

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical)
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent technical training
• Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures
• Hands-on experience with mechanical power transmission (bearings, gearboxes, spindles, couplings, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic welding skills
• Knowledge of lubrication techniques and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-craft certification
• Qualified welding certification
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E and LOTOTO procedures
• Broader mechanical/electrical maintenance experience
