We are looking for a high‑energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular service. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll become the go‑to expert on communication technology, both wired and wireless.

• Sell all products and services offered by the Company
• Meet all sales objectives
• Handle all administrative aspects of sales, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting payments, and filing completed orders
• Maintain strong knowledge of Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
• Stay informed about competitive offers and provide market feedback to the Store Manager
• Handle service inquiries from customers with courteous customer service

• Use a competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi‑Fi and data devices
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
• Work a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays, with occasional overtime
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in person, via phone or written communication
• Position may be commission and quota based

• 1–3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred
