Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time
Join Action Link as a Part-Time Retail Display Installer for cutting-edge electronics. The role focuses on placement, assembly, and maintenance of promotional product displays in major retail stores.
Responsibilities- Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
- Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
- Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
- Schedule up to 25 hours per week; availability required Monday-Thursday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; no weekends or evenings.
- Travel to store locations; coverage possible in Mount Vernon, Mattoon, and Edwardsville.
- Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
- Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
- Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
- Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
- Work independently and collaborate with a small team when needed.
- A internet-ready smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for transportation to store visits.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Compensation at $18 per hour.
- Bi‑weekly pay schedule with direct deposit.

- Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage.
- Paid training to prepare for program success.
- Accrue PTO hours every week you work.
