Operations Manager
A Program Manager of Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing projects from beginning to end. The Program Managers of Operations will create and present the project portfolio to supply status to all stakeholders using accepted Program Management practices on all projects.

To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with other technical managers of operations services, reporting to the manager of operations services.
Responsibilities- Work within the Operation Services Department to lead and partner in a wide variety of projects related to achieving operational focused goals.
- Obtain official approval and priorities for projects.
- Build project plans based on best practices to include critical paths and milestones.
- Define metrics and key milestones by meeting with key stakeholders, operations leadership, and working groups/committees to understand cost, time, and resources necessary.
- Oversee tasks and manage status updates to ensure completion is met within a set timeframe.
- Identify and document risks and issues through issue meetings to determine resolution and impact on the project.
- Build, follow and maintain communication and status plans for all projects, while reporting any deviation from accepted project plans.
- Prepare and lead project meetings for each project team and management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in operations or project management preferred
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expert organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of maturity, personal initiative, and sound judgment
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
