– (Co-)drawing an annual budget and supplying WIP valuation data in quarterly figures.
– Serving as the point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, temporary workers, and other stakeholders during a project.
– Communicating with clients, providing progress reports, and attending construction meetings.
– Ensuring the efficient and profitable execution of projects according to specifications and planning.
– Keeping professional knowledge up to date for oneself and technicians.
– Checking work carried out by own and hired engineers and subcontractors.
– Monitoring deployment hours and material consumption.
– Identifying and reporting deviations during project implementation.
– Developing solutions and making adjustments in case of deviations.
– Delivering projects successfully.
– Conducting post-calculation and evaluation of projects.
– Attending construction meetings and work discussions.
