Nurse Practitioner – Infectious Disease (Edwardsville, IL)
Join Medfamily Wellcare Center as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner on a part‑time basis. Salary is $50 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence‑based guidelines.
- Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Create weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Work in a day shift, in‑person environment with a flexible Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 am – 4:30 pm).

- Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- 2+ years in skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
