Senior Helpers of the Metro East - Caregiver (Part‑time)

Part‑time (up to 40 hours a week)

Pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Location:

Madison and St. Clair counties.

• Active driver’s license
• Licensed and reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
• No more than one moving violation (speeding tickets) within the past 3 years
• No at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No convictions of DUI, reckless driving, DWI, vehicular manslaughter, or similar offenses
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Report
• Phone capable of downloading an app

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Complete all daily tasks safely and professionally
• Provide personal companionship and remain actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assist with personal care activities (hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, meal preparation)
• Document completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior
