What You’ll Do as a Lead Teacher
  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children and families
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop creative activities
  • Communicate daily with parents about their child’s day and development
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
  • CDA certification preferred
  • 1–2 years of classroom experience
  • Completion of state-required pre-service training
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety
