The SIUE School of Nursing is accepting resume packages for various full‑time, non‑tenure, academic year term instructor appointments and part‑time, non‑tenure, semester term appointments for the 2025‑2026 academic year. Academic term, 9‑month, appointment % varies.

Master's of Science in Nursing required; doctorate preferred. Two (2) years of experience in clinical nursing. Doctorate (PhD, EdD, DNS, DNSc, DNP) is required for any graduate faculty position. Previous teaching experience in a baccalaureate program and research experience preferred but not required. Pediatrics, maternal‑child, public health, medical‑surgical, nurse practitioner, health‑care informatics, nursing administration, or school nurse education and experience is highly desirable.

Practice experience in the specialty area being applied for is required as is RN licensure in Illinois and Missouri.

Programs are CCNE accredited.
