The Drive Ahead
Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in in the service driveMove vehicles safely and efficiently between reception, parking, and service areasMaintain cleanliness of the service drive and wash bay areasAssist with customer shuttles, deliveries, and pick-ups as neededAssist Service Advisors with write order creationAssisting Service Dept with various tasksCustomer Satisfaction follow-up callsSupport the Service Advisors and Technicians with day-to-day tasksPerformance Essentials
Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environmentProficient in English (written and verbal)Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractFull-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)Bannister Accessories
