Requirements

• Experience creating 3D architectural or interior design renderings
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar
• Ability to interpret floor plans, sketches, or reference photos
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and material texture
• Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D visualization work
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality visuals on a short timeline
• Remote work acceptable
• Availability for prompt communication and quick turnaround
