Position: Shipper / Receiver
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Shipper/Receiver to join our client's warehouse team and support efficient warehouse and customer service operations in South Edmonton. This role involves handling shipping and receiving activities, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate: $ 23.00/hour
• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments
• Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately
• Take customer orders via website, email, and phone
• Enter order information accurately into SAP
• Provide excellent service at the service counter, assisting walk-in customers with inquiries and orders
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Operate a counterbalance forklift as needed (occasional use)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working at a service counter in the industrial supply sector
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (email, order entry, inventory systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience considered an asset
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
