Distribution Centre Street, Acheson, AB) is currently looking for Warehouse Associates!
First started in 1956 in Wainwright, Alberta, Fountain Tire expertly combines key factors such as experienced owners, licensed automotive technicians, and quality products to form a company driven to serve. Today, we have over 160 stores spanning as far west as Victoria, British Columbia and as far east as Vaughan, Ontario.
Afternoon Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11:30AM – 8:00PM
As a Warehouse associate
, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
Receiving trailers by Sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standardsPicking Orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are metLoading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitmentsMaintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructionsAssisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory countsWhat does it take to get on track?
Must have valid forklift license (submit with application)Must have drivers license and reliable transportation - NO PUBLIC TRANSIT AVAILABLE1+ years standup forklift experience requiredAbility to consistently lift 50 pounds on a regular basisScangun experience will be an assetBasic computer skills with Windows programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionWhat does Fountain Tire offer?
