• Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires and wheels in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programs
• Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
• Completing specialty tire work
• Ensuring all equipment, tools, and supplies are returned in good working condition to proper locations
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Providing accurate and professional customer service
• Maintaining tire service equipment
• Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment

• Professional tire or automotive experience would be an asset
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms (55 lbs)
