The role

Join Fed Ex as a Courier and provide courteous and efficient pickup and delivery of packages on an assigned route.

Fed Ex Couriers play a key role in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that packages are delivered safely and on time. In this role, you will operate on a scheduled route, handle packages of varying sizes, and assist with related customer service functions.

To succeed, you must possess a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and a flexible attitude toward shifts and holidays. Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs regulations is a plus but not mandatory.

As a Courier you are responsible for ensuring shipments meet service standards and assisting customers with professionalism.

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle up to 150 lbs with equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Time management and multitasking ability
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and holidays
• One year of customer-facing experience preferred
