Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and comprehensive diagnoses on mechanical systemsInstall and repair of all HVAC equipmentEducate our clients on proper care and maintenance of the mechanical systemsRead and interpret all mechanical drawings, and all electrical schematicsAbility to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment or independentlyAdhere to all company policies and proceduresPerform all job duties in a safe and healthful manner, while maintaining safety policies and all government legislation and regulationsPerform other duties as assigned by ManagementMust be flexible to work weekends and eveningsQualifications:
High School diploma or a GED equivalent from a certified collegeRed Seal / Journeyman Refrigeration MechanicValid Driver’s License with a clean abstractValid HVAC worker DesignationUnderstanding and Knowledge of applicable HVAC codes, standards and regulationsA minimum 5 years of Journeyman Status related to Commercial and Residential mechanical systemsIndependent decision making and multi-tasking skillsStrong motor, verbal and written skillsStrong interpersonal, problem-solving and diagnostic skillsProviding outstanding customer service to all of our clientsWork on RTUs and HVAC systemsInspect system components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, fan motors, fans and expansion valvesPerform system checks, system troubleshooting, and refrigerant recoveryPerform electrical and gas system troubleshootingComplete assigned paperwork and formsDomestic/General Gas certification ideal – but not mandatoryRefrigeration certification ideal – but not mandatoryPerks:
