FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Electricians with 3-5 Years of Industrial experience for a Temporary FLY IN & FLY Out position in Wood Buffalo, AB, starting Feb 18th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 14-day in & 7-day out schedule, 10-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights available from Calgary and Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Industrial Electrician.
• Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket.
• 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in oil sands or heavy industry
• Skilled in EHT installation, heat trace systems, and LV cable terminations (120V–600V)
• Ability to read electrical drawings, perform QA/QC documentation, and conduct testing procedures
• Knowledge of hazardous area standards and ability to work safely in extreme conditions
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • H2S Alive
  • Aerial Work Platform
  • Fall Protection
  • Standard First Aid
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
