Residential Operations Specalist

Match Box Consulting Group is looking for experienced Residential Operations Specialists to join a well-established Western Canadian real estate and property services firm in Edmonton, known for its professional, tenant-focused operations.

In this role, you’ll manage the full spectrum of residential site operations, from move-ins and move-outs to coordinating repairs and supervising trades, handle complex maintenance requests, prioritize competing demands, and maintain high tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct move-in, move-out, mid-tenancy, and abandonment inspections.
• Prepare and post legal notices as required.
• Coordinate unit turnovers and prepare move-out condition reports.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies.
• Coordinate and supervise trades and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and warranty work.
• Facilitate access and supervise trades on-site when necessary.
• Perform vacancy checks and interim inspections.
• Ensure smooth communication between tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Complete office administration related to site operations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience managing maintenance requests and coordinating trades.
• Skilled in conducting property inspections and preparing documentation.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor across all interactions.
• Calm under pressure and capable of de-escalating tense situations.
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership; self-starter with team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities.
• Based in or able to commute to the West End of Edmonton and surrounding areas.
