Heavy Equipment Technician

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems on construction equipmentPerform overhauls, maintenance, and new equipment buildsTroubleshoot issues using computerized and manual diagnostic toolsWork independently in remote field settings, including adverse weather and confined spacesFollow safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement in safe work practicesLift up to 50 lbs as required by the roleWhat You Bring
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certificationStrong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitudeExperience working with Komatsu equipment is an assetInterprovincial Red Seal certification is an assetValid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travelSelf-motivated and safety-focused with experience working independently in field conditionsPre-Employment Requirements
