  • Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and merchandising or commercial leadership roles.

  • Previous experience in furniture, interior décor, or home furnishing sales is required.

  • Strong understanding of furniture products, layouts, and customization options

  • Proven success leading commission-based sales teams, including veteran and high-earning professionals.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales activity management, and leading indicators of performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive both top-line growth and margin improvement.

  • High degree of commercial judgment, polish, and credibility with designers, partners, and high-net-worth clients.
