About The Position:
Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)Handle sales and service inquiries from a primarily referral-based clienteleAssist walk in clientsMaintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independenceJob Requirements:
Must be able to work in office Monday to FridayLevel 2 Alberta license5-10 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturityAdaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchyExperience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progressionBenefits:
