Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
Check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages.
Store items properly according to safety and storage procedures.
Issue materials, tools, or products according to requests and records.
Monitor stock levels and prepare and place stock orders when inventory is low.
Liaise with suppliers or purchasing department for stock replenishment.
Follow up on ordered items to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based).
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock audits.
Ensure the store/warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
Label, tag, and arrange stock for easy identification and access.
Follow company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock ordering processes.
Ability to lift and move goods as required.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2 options:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Saturday (full day x 2days) work alternate, 9am to 6pm
