- Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales‑driven environment

- Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial
- Experience with clienteling advantageous
- Basic technology skills
