Responsibilities

• Retail Store Manager.
• Manage store visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving and stocking products to maintain the right stock levels.
• Train and ensure store employees to provide professional and excellent customer services.
• Train and ensure store employees to know the products well and be able to promote the products.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints and provide solutions.
• Maintain positive working relationships with store employees and arrange their shift schedule.
• Ensure store tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
• Meet sales target.
• Provide feedback to HQ on products trend and pricing.

• Good organization skill
• Good communication and PR skill with customers and employees.
• Experience in inventory management, maintain stock levels and ordering process.
• Able to withstand long and intensive working hours at physical store.
