Job Description

The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. The role involves guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving daily sales performance, and contributing to effective store operations.

Work Schedule Requirements
  • Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week.
  • Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
  • During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.
Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).

Retail

Experience:

At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).

Supervisor/Managerial

Experience:

No supervisory/management experience is required.
