• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately from various temperature zones to meet delivery schedules.
• Carefully pack orders, ensuring correct products, quantities, and product codes are used.
• Maintain high quality standards—no damaged items, freshest products selected.
• Document and label orders properly, using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Maximize space efficiency while packing without compromising product quality.
• Balance fulfillment duties with direct customer interaction, resolving issues when needed.
• Follow strict safety and food hygiene standards, including immediate spill cleanup and tote sanitation.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and complete pre-inspection checks.
• Suggest improvements to operational procedures, productivity, safety, and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
