• Perform chemical and sensory analysis of flavours and fragrances, ingredients and market products using approved methodologies (e.g., GC‑MS).
• Establish suitable and effective analytical methods and build analytical spectral libraries, completing the validation and expansion of relevant detection methods.
• Develop the laboratory methodology for GC and GCMS with regards to the extraction and separation.
• Partner with flavourists and R&D team to develop market‑ready solutions.
• Participate in testing and evaluation panels.
• Use and maintain the GC‑MS system, including replacement of parts and troubleshooting.
• Work with quality team to investigate non‑conformance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of test results in accordance with company documentation standards.
• Manage and maintain analytical laboratory in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Ensure all analysis adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

• Possess a Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of flavour and fragrance chemistry and aroma ingredients.
• Strong understanding of method development and validation protocols.
• Analytical mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills.
