• Lead with Confidence:
  Manage clinic environment ensuring clean, safe, professional space for patients and staff.
• Innovate and Elevate:
  Support team with ongoing education, enforce policies, foster continuous improvement including medication protocols.
• Analyze and Conquer:
  Oversee staff schedules, resources, inventory; perform audits and comply with SOPs.
• Collaborate and Lead:
  Mentor clinical staff, provide guidance and assessments, liaise with physicians and support staff.

• Professional Expertise:
  Registered Nurse with provincial license, 3+ years of experience and at least one year of IV initiation and infusion.
• Operational Excellence:
  Strong organizational skills, manage multiple tasks, proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Patient-Centered Focus:
  Exceptional communication, customer service, accurate medication calculations.
• Leadership Abilities:
  Supervise and support staff, mentor, constructive feedback.
• Adaptability and Flexibility:
  Willing to travel to other clinics, accommodate last‑minute appointments.
• Additional Assets:
  Experience in critical care, emergency, homecare; certifications ACLS, CVAA, central venous line.

Base pay within a range determined by local labor benchmarks for role, level and location.
