Position Summary:
The LPN Team Leader is responsible of ensuring the general well being of Residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner that is consistent with the policies, procedures and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc.
Qualifications:
LPN registered with C.L.P.N.A.
in good standing Valid C.P.R.
certificate Clear criminal record security clearance with Vulnerable Sector included (no more than 6 months old) Must be physically fit to perform lifting and transferring and able to be on your feet for long periods of time Appropriately dressed – nursing uniform Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language Must be able to work independently, and as part of the interdisciplinary team Please note that only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
