Senior Executive, Volunteer Management | Social Services - Woodlands

  Mon - Thurs 8.30am to 6pm. Fri 8.30am to 5:30pm
• Salary: $4000 - $5000.

Volunteer Programme Management

• Support development, review, and implementation of volunteer policies, processes, and systems
• Conduct volunteer needs analysis, role design, and risk assessment
• Monitor utilisation of volunteer programme resources

Volunteer Recruitment & Data Management

• Support volunteer recruitment and outreach activities
• Coordinate volunteer enquiries, screening, selection, and role matching
• Maintain volunteer records and data in compliance with PDPA
• Track recruitment outcomes and manage volunteer management systems

Onboarding, Deployment & Support

• Support volunteer orientation and role‑specific training
• Assist in rostering, deployment, and operational support
• Support engagement, recognition, and feedback processes
• Assist with volunteer complaints, conflicts, and exit processes

Monitoring & Reporting

• Support evaluation of volunteer performance and programme effectiveness
• Assist in feedback collection, reviews, and exit documentation

Stakeholder & Partnership Coordination

• Coordinate volunteer partnerships with internal teams and external organisations
• Support meetings, coordination, and programme‑related documentation

• Diploma or above in Social Work, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in social service agencies or volunteer management
• Experience coordinating volunteer programmes preferred
