The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on manufacturing planning experience, strong ERP scheduling capability, excellent execution discipline, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Maintain the master production schedule
  • Lead daily planning meetings and align operations and supply chain priorities
  • Create and release production jobs, issue components to WIP, process returns, and close jobs within defined timelines
  • Serve as the primary ERP planning super user, managing MRP, scheduling boards, and job workflows while upholding data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, units of measure)
  • Coordinate daily with purchasing to communicate demand signals, material constraints, and expediting needs
  • Respond to Sales availability requests within established service levels and support the bi‑weekly S&OP process with capacity and scheduling inputs
  • Your strengths include:
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong ERP/MRP experience and confidence operating as a system super user
  • Experience with job‑shop or mixed‑mode (build‑to‑order / configure‑to‑order) manufacturing environments
  • Highly structured execution discipline, with a data‑driven and detail‑oriented working style (dashboard, shortage board, capacity management)
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving operational environment
  • A positive, accountable attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work onsite daily to maintain strong production visibility
