Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmWork is primarily performed indoors.Qualifications:
Experience in a mechanically inclined job
. For example: construction, manufacturing, assembly, skilled labourer, or automotive mechanic. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided to the right candidate.Hoisting and rigging training an asset but we will provide training.Grade 12 education preferred.WHMIS training provided.Forklift training an asset, but we will provide in-house training.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentSolid work ethic and capable of working with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:
Perform all functions related to the preparation of product for sandblasting.Perform all functions related to the sandblasting of product prior to painting.Perform final preparation of product after painting.Assist with production assembly/testing as required.Duties Include:
Maintain traceability of prepared product through production processing.Ensure product quality is maintained through the production process.Preserve product after painting for shipment to the customer.Actively supports and complies with corporate programs, standards and policies, including the Health and Safety, Environmental, and quality programs.Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the paint department and perform all maintenance required on equipment.Perform other duties as requiredAt Master Flo we do not use AI in our screening process.
