, located in High Prairie, Alberta

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Commitment to working safely coupled with strong communication & interpersonal skills.Ability to work -hour shifts
, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment.Ability to work independently with little supervision.Previous experience in an OSB mill is an asset.Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.We value diversity at Tolko and know that experience and knowledge comes in many forms. Your ideal workday will look something like this:
You will work independently as part of a high-performance team dedicated safely and efficiently producing OSB.You will perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.When things go wrong, you will analyse and trouble shoot in your area, and communicate with your team lead and maintenance to get things back on track
.You will work a rotating
-hour shift schedule
