Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day branch operations, driving sales performance, developing staff, overseeing customer service standards, and ensuring effective coordination of branch activities, including account receivables. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience in heavy equipment, proven operational leadership, and the ability to motivate and develop branch staff.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Achieve sales growth, profitability, and market share targets within the branch

Meet asset‑management goals and ensure operational efficiency

Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees to cultivate a high‑performing and engaged workforce

Provide insight on market conditions, competitive pressures, and growth opportunities

Oversee branch accounts receivable in collaboration with credit leadership

Manage additional branch responsibilities as required to support operational success

Your strengths include:

5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, plus 3-5 years in a progressively responsible management role

Strong product‑support background and an understanding of departmental operations

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively

A strong work ethic paired with a commitment to excellence in branch service and performance

Relevant post‑secondary education (considered an asset)
