Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supply chain and grants management to support or lead specific working groups in supply chain and grants management and analyse Ministries business scenarios to support technology design - 5 years

Demonstrated experience in organizational design, policy and procedure development to support delivery model changes - 5 years

Demonstrated experience in supporting technology adoption for large number of staff (2,000+) including describing and gathering information and technology requirements where necessary to support the implementation of changes within the organization.
