Position: General Manager.
Greenbuilt Steel Structures is redefining how buildings are framed and enclosed in Western Canada. We design and deliver high-quality steel-framed building envelope solutions that outperform traditional wood systems on durability, speed, safety, sustainability, and waste reduction.

About the Role
We are now looking for a General Manager who wants to help build the next chapter. This is not a maintenance role. It is a build-and-scale leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and entrepreneurship — and who wants real accountability, influence, and upside in a growing business.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue and backlog

Own P&L performance

Build operational rhythm and discipline

Shape how the company grows, not just how it runs

Qualifications
You are likely someone who:

Has led operations or a business unit in construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, or building products

Has real P&L ownership, not just influence

Is commercially strong and comfortable driving sales and relationships

Thinks like an owner and acts with urgency

Enjoys building structure in growing businesses

Wants a role where performance is visible and impact is tangible

Required Skills

Experience with steel framing, modular construction, prefabrication, or building envelope systems is an asset — but mindset, judgment, and execution matter more.
